2 oranges, juiced
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon grated orange zest

Steps:

  • Bring the orange juice, soy sauce, chicken stock, and orange zest to a boil in a saucepan. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until the sauce has reduced to half of its original volume, about 30 minutes.
