This cocktail is a great way to use up leftover orange blossoms. I had some from a recent baking project and they worked perfectly in this drink.

I'm not sure I like the flavor of orange blossom water. This cocktail was a bit too floral for my taste.

This cocktail is a bit too sweet for my taste, but it's still pretty good. I might try reducing the amount of simple syrup next time.

I followed the recipe exactly and my cocktail turned out way too strong. I would recommend using less gin or vodka.

I'm not a big fan of floral flavors, but I actually really enjoyed this cocktail. The orange blossom water was subtle and complemented the other ingredients well.
