1 c chopped cooked turkey( 1/4 pound)
1 c chopped cooked ham (1/4 pound)
1 1/2 c shredded swiss cheese
8 large eggs
3 c milk
1 tsp salt

1/3 c powdered sugar

I used a store-bought croissant for this recipe and it turned out great. The croissant added a nice flaky texture to the strata.

I'm not a big fan of cranberries, but I really enjoyed this strata. The sweetness of the cranberries was perfectly balanced by the savory flavor of the ham and cheese.
