1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 cups quick oats
1 cup sunflower seeds

Steps:

  • Cream butter and both sugars well.
  • Add dry ingredients.
  • Mix well.
  • Drop by teaspoons onto a well greased cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 350° for 12-15 minutes.
