Steps:
- Cream together margarine and both sugars. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and oatmeal. Blend flour & oatmeal mixture with margarine & sugar until crumbly & well blended. Place ½ the mixture in a 9x13" baking dish & pat down lightly. Spread 2 cups of applesauce on top. Cover with the other ½ of the crumb mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 350° degrees or until set.
