Steps:
- 1. Crush oreos and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9×13 pan and freeze until firm. Spread ice cream over oreos. This is easily done by slicing ice cream and laying over crust. Put back into freezer until fudge is made and completely cooled.
- 2. Mix evaporated milk, chocolate chips, butter, and powdered sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to maintain a slow boil and cook over heat for 8 minutes. Cool completely and pour over ice cream. Top with peanuts and freeze.
