Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- 2. Mix together the cake mix, butter, and eggs until the cake mix is completely absorbed. Stir in the chocolate chips and the nuts (if you are using the nuts).
- 3. Press the stiff dough evenly into the 9x13 inch baking dish.
- 4. Bake for 26 - 30 minutes. When cooled cut into squares and serve.
