1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup nuts

Steps:

  • beat all ingredients in a mixer.
  • pour into pie shell.
  • bake for 60 minutes at 325.
