My Coffee-Marinated Pot Roast image

This is the roast my family loves. VERY tender and YumMY! I like to marinate it overnight, but it doesn't have to be. Two hours would be enough. Hope you enjoy as much as my sweet family does. :o)

Overall, I thought this recipe was just okay. The meat was tender, but the flavor was a bit lacking.

The meat was a bit dry. I think I should have cooked it for a shorter amount of time.
