Mustard Crusted Salmon image

This recipe came from Taste of Home. I SO wanted to like this but with that said if I were rating it I would probably give it 4 stars for flavor but only 3 stars for appearance and texture. The bread crumbs never crsiped up and I even broiled the salmon for a few minutes. I didn't want to keep broiling it because I didn't want to overcook the fish. I did use gluten-free breadcrumbs (which might be why they didn't crisp.) So any suggestions would be appreciated because the actual flavor of the dish was REALLY good!

Overall, I thought this recipe was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't anything special either.

The salmon was a bit overcooked for my taste. I think I would have preferred it to be cooked for a shorter amount of time.

The mustard crust was a bit too thick for my taste. I think I would have preferred a thinner crust.

I found this recipe to be a bit too complicated. There were too many ingredients and steps involved. I think I would have preferred a simpler recipe.

This recipe was a bit too bland for my taste. I think I would have liked it more if I had added some additional spices to the mustard crust.
