1 1/4 cups water
2 tablespoons canola oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons dry buttermilk
2 tablespoons flax seeds
1/4 cup cornmeal
1/2 cup oatmeal (reg. or quick cook)
2 1/4 cups white flour
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients in the bread maker as listed.
  • Select regular or rapid bread cycle.
  • Enjoy.
