I like changing my hot chocolate up a bit. Its so easy with extracts, herbs, even fruits. So I thought Mrs.Claus deserved her own hot chocolate! Besides when it comes to flavored milk, my Granddaughters and myself would choose strawberry over chocolate.

Steps:
- 1. Combine your cleaned and sliced strawberries with sugar, and set aside for 30min. In small saucepan heat milk on medium low. Add the chocolate and stir till melted. Add strawberries and stir for 5min, till flavor blended. Pour through strainer to get rid of seeds. At this point taste to see if added strawberry extract is needed and add. (this is optional) Top with marshmallows, or whipped cream.
