This salad is a great way to use up leftover ham. I also like to add some chopped hard-boiled eggs for extra protein.

I'm not a fan of mayonnaise-based dressings, so I used a yogurt-based dressing instead. It was still very good!

This is a great make-ahead salad. I like to make it the night before and let it chill in the refrigerator overnight. The flavors really meld together and it tastes even better the next day.

This salad is a bit too sweet for my taste. I would recommend using less sugar in the dressing.

This is my go-to salad recipe for summer gatherings. It's light and refreshing, and everyone loves it. I always get rave reviews when I bring it to a potluck.

This salad is just okay. The dressing is a little too sweet for my taste, and the vegetables are not very flavorful. I probably won't make it again.

This salad is easy to make and always a crowd-pleaser. I like to use a variety of vegetables, depending on what I have on hand. It's also a great way to use up leftover ham or turkey.

I'm not usually a fan of salads, but this one is an exception. The dressing is so flavorful and the vegetables are so fresh. I love that it's a make-ahead salad, so I can have it ready for dinner when I get home from work.

This salad is a hit at every potluck I bring it to! The combination of sweet and savory is perfect, and the crunchy vegetables add a nice contrast to the creamy dressing. I like to add a little bit of chopped bacon for extra flavor.
