The crust of this dessert is like an eclair. It's get the moon cake name from how the crust bakes - bumpy and has crators in it. This dessert gets lots of compliments.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my mooncakes turned out really dry. I think I overcooked them.

The mooncakes were beautiful, but the pastry was a bit too thick. The fillings were delicious though.

Not bad for a first try! The pastry was a bit dry, but the fillings were tasty. I'll definitely try again with a different pastry recipe.

I'm not usually a fan of mooncakes, but these were surprisingly good! The pastry was light and airy, and the fillings were not too sweet. I especially liked the mixed nuts filling.

These mooncakes were a hit at my Mid-Autumn Festival gathering! The pastry was flaky and buttery, and the fillings were all delicious. My personal favorite was the red bean paste filling, but the lotus seed and mixed nuts fillings were also very good
