MOM'S RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS image

Yield 6 dozen

Number Of Ingredients 8

15 oz Post Raisin Bran
1 qt Buttermilk
1 cp Vegetable Oil
2 1/3 cp Sugar
4 lightly beaten eggs
5 cp flower
5 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

Steps:

  • Mix first 5 ingredients (Bran, Buttermilk, Oil, Sugar, and eggs) Sift remaining 3 ingredients (Flower, Backing Soda, and Salt). Spray pan with Pam Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes ** Lasts 6 weeks in the fridge
