MOM'S PUMPKIN BREAD

Steps:
- Cream shortening and sugar. Stir in eggs, pumpkin, water. Blend in dry ingredients. Stir in raisins. Spoon into greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees:
- Large loaf 60 - 70 mins, until toothpick comes out clean.
- Mini loaf 40 - 45 mins. until toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan 20 mins, remove and cool completely.
- Freezes well or can refrigerate.
- Can cut this recipe in half - use 15-16 oz can pumpkin.
