Steps:
- 1. In a large pot place your eggs in a single layer with enough cool water to cover them. Bring them to a boil. Let them boil for five minutes, then remove from heat. Run cool water over them to cool them. Drain, and then remove the egg shells. Using a large bowl, cut/slice the eggs into small pieces. I have an egg/strawberry slicer that helps with this step.
- 2. Add mustard, dill pickle juice, chopped onion and mayonnaise to the eggs and mix well with a large spoon or scraper.
- 3. Add salt and pepper to taste. You can use more or less of the onion to your desired taste. This recipe works well for my family...Enjoy!
