Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in skillet and cook carrots, celery, onion and garlic until soft. Add four and cook 2 minutes. Add chicken broth and simmer til thickening. Add potato and cook 7 minutes. Stir in broth and chicken. Season with thyme and S&P. Pour into dish sprayed with PAM. Place 4 biscuits cut in half on top. Sprinkler with sea salt. Bake 30 minutes
