1 pack Frozen Molokhia
2 Chicken Breast (cut into cubes)
1 Onion (mediuem chopped)
2-3 Garlic Cloves
2 tbsp coriander
1/4 tsp chicken spices
1/4 cup chicken stock
1 lemon

Steps:

  • Sweat the chicken, onion, garlic, coriander and spices in olive Add broken frozen Molokhia w/1 spoon lemon Add ΒΌ cup chicken stock add 1 whole lemon Cook uncover for 15minutes
