Moist Ham Loaf image

This ham loaf is not dry at all, but moist and flavorful. It makes a great main dish.

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 egg, lightly beaten
1/2 c milk
1/3 c dried panko bread crums
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1 lb ground, fully cooked ham
1/2 lb ground turkey
CHERRY SAUCE
1/2 c cherry preserves
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
1/8 tsp ground cloves

Steps:

  • 1. In a bowl, combine the first five ingredients. crumble ham and turkey over mixture and mix well. Press into an ungreased 9x5 loaf pan.
  • 2. Bake uncovered at 375F for 50-55 minutes or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
  • 3. In a saucepan, combine sauce ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes or until heated through. Serve sauce down the center top of loaf. (like picture shows) Enjoy!
