I'm not a huge fan of baklava, but I really enjoyed this mock version. The kataifi pastry was crispy and flaky, and the filling was sweet and nutty, but not too overpowering. I would definitely make this again.

This mock baklava is a great alternative to traditional baklava. It's just as delicious, but it's much easier to make. I love that I don't have to worry about rolling out the dough or making the syrup.
