MIXED-APPLE SALAD OVER GREENS

Steps:
- 1. In small bowl whisk together lemon juice, honey, oil and pepper.2. In medium bowl toss together apples, cheese and bacon. Drizzle with lemon mixture. Toss to coat. Arrange greens on 4 serving plates. Spoon apple mixture on top. Serve with crackers.
