- Add first 5 ingredients to a saucepan.
- Bring to a boil, and boil 1 minute.
- remove from heat.
- Add in oatmeal and peanut butter.
- Mix well.
- Spoon by teaspoons to foil.
- Let cool 15 minutes.
- Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
