Mish Mash Cereal bars image

Use what ever cereal you have left in the cupboard (you know, the boxes you only have a small amount left that no one wants to finish)...About 2 to 3 cups worth.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 favorite basic cookie recipe
2 c any type of leftover cereal you have in your cupboard
1 pkg chocolate chips, mini
1 pkg peanut butter chips or candies
1 c (optional) coconut
1 c (optional) raisins or dried cranberries

Steps:

  • 1. Mix wet and dry ingredients together as indicated by the cookie recipe of your choice.
  • 2. Add mini chocolate chips (replacing regular sized chips), cereal, and optional ingredients if desired.
  • 3. Bake (as directed by cookie recipe) in greased muffin tins. Cool and serve or freeze.
