Use what ever cereal you have left in the cupboard (you know, the boxes you only have a small amount left that no one wants to finish)...About 2 to 3 cups worth.

Steps:
- 1. Mix wet and dry ingredients together as indicated by the cookie recipe of your choice.
- 2. Add mini chocolate chips (replacing regular sized chips), cereal, and optional ingredients if desired.
- 3. Bake (as directed by cookie recipe) in greased muffin tins. Cool and serve or freeze.
