I CAN whip up this dish in a hurry, and it's perfect for a light supper or luncheon for two. I always have a can of tuna on my pantry shelf, and when I prepare it, I feel I've served us a healthy, nutritious meal. -Rebecca Reese, Jacksboro, Texas

This is a great recipe to use up leftover tuna. I always have a can or two of tuna in my pantry, so it's nice to have a recipe that I can make with it.

I added some extra vegetables to the casserole, like broccoli and carrots. It was a great way to get my kids to eat their veggies.

My mom used to make tuna casserole for me and my siblings all the time when we were kids. I loved it then, and I love this adult version even more.
