I would make these for my kid's school parties when they were in grade school and when I was home-room momming. It was a healthy and good for you choice that teachers were pleased to have served as treats.

Steps:
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2. Combine biscuit mix, 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
- 3. Add applesauce, milk, egg and oil. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
- 4. Grease 2 small muffins tins and fill two-thirds full. (yields 24)
- 5. Bake in 400 degree oven for 12 minutes. Or until it comes out clean with a tooth pick. Ovens may vary.
- 6. Dip tops in melted butter and then into sugar mixed with cinnamon. Yeilds 24
