MY GRANDMA'S RECIPE FROM LONG AGO.. THOUGHT I WOULD TRY IT AND IT TURNED OUT WONDERFUL.

Number Of Ingredients 7

3 eggs
2/3 c brown sugar, lightly packed
1 c light karo syrup
2 Tbsp dark molasses
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c butter, melted
1 1/2 c pecans, in pieces

Steps:

  • 1. MIX ALL THE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER EXCEPT FOR PECANS
  • 2. PLACE PECANS IN BOTTOM OF PREPARED PIE PAN AND POUR MIXTURE ON TOP. PECANS WILL FLOAT TO TOP.
  • 3. BAKE @ 350 DEGREES FOR APPROXIMATELY 35-40 MINUTES OR UNTIL CRUST IS LIGHT BROWN.
