Number Of Ingredients 4

6 pork chops
1/2 c beer
1/2 c ketchup
2 Tbsp brown sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Brown pork chops on both sides. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops. Reduce heat; cover and cook slowly until tender. At least 1 hour. The longer the pork chops simmer the better they are. This can be cooked on low in the crockpot.

I think this recipe would be even better if you used a different type of breadcrumb.

Overall, I thought this recipe was just okay. The pork chops were cooked well, but the breading was a bit too thick and the flavor was a bit bland.

These pork chops were a bit bland. I think I will try adding some more spices next time.

The breading on these pork chops was too thick for my liking. I think I will try using a thinner breading next time.

These pork chops were a little too dry for my taste. I think I will try cooking them for a shorter amount of time next time.
