1/2 cup all-purpose flour

1 large egg, beaten to blend
1 tablespoon grated onion
1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 cup minced parsley
tzatziki (you can find this in my recipes)

These fritters were a bit bland for my taste. I added some extra herbs and spices and they were much better. The tzatziki sauce was also good, but I found it to be a bit too thick. Overall, I think this recipe has potential, but it needs a few tweaks

These fritters were a bit too oily for my taste. I think I would try baking them next time instead of frying them. The tzatziki sauce was also a bit too thick. I would add some more liquid to it next time.

I made these fritters for my Greek-American mother and she loved them! She said they reminded her of the fritters her grandmother used to make. I was so happy that I was able to make something that she enjoyed so much.
