Meatballs and Gravy (Spaghetti Sauce) image

We used to have this every Wednesday. This is essentially my grandma's recipe, I just add more cheese to the meatballs than she did. Sometimes I leave the neckbones out and add some Italian sausage.

I followed the recipe exactly and the meatballs turned out perfectly. The sauce was a little too sweet for my taste, but that's easily fixed. Overall, this is a great recipe.

These meatballs were a bit dry for my taste, but the sauce was delicious. I'll try again with a different meatball recipe.

I've made this recipe a few times now and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The meatballs are so moist and tender, and the sauce is rich and flavorful. I like to add a little bit of red pepper flakes to the sauce for a little extra kick.
