- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, whisk the first 7 ingredients until blended. Gently stir in bread; let stand until bread is softened, about 15 minutes. , Transfer to 2 greased 13x9-in. baking dishes. Bake until puffed, golden, and a knife inserted near the center comes out clean, 30-35 minutes. In a small bowl, mix streusel ingredients; sprinkle over tops. Bake until golden brown, about 5 minutes longer. , Serve warm, with sweetened whipped cream, if desired.
