Steps:
- Cook and drain noodles. Saute ground beef in 1 tablespoon butter. Add tomato sauce: set aside. Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, scallions and green pepper. Spread half of the noodles in 2 1/2 or 3- quart casserole. Cover with cheese mixture. Spread remaining noodles over cheese. Add remaining melted butter. Spread meat misture on top. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Yield: 6 servings
