Maple Soy Glaze image

This glaze is great on chicken or pork loin chops. I like to use boneless, skinless chicken breasts grilled on my George Foreman for an easy and quick dinner. The meat can also be seared on the stove, or grilled outside. I usually serve the meat over a bed of rice.

This glaze was a lot of work to make and it didn't really pay off. I don't think I'll be making this again.

This glaze didn't really add much flavor to my dish. I think I'll try a different recipe next time.

This glaze was a bit too salty for my taste. I think I'll use less soy sauce next time.

The glaze was a bit runny for my taste. I think I'll try thickening it up with some cornstarch next time.

I'm not a big fan of maple syrup, but this glaze is still delicious. The soy sauce and garlic really balance out the sweetness of the maple syrup.
