Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray bottom and sides of 13x 9 inch pan with cooking spray. unroll dough and press in bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of pan.
- 2. In large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, vanilla, maple extract, and egg with an electric mixer.
- 3. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over dough. Spoon apple pie filling over cream cheese mixture. Sprinke with crushed granola bars.
- 4. Bake 30-35 minutes until crust is deep golden brown and filling is set. Cool 30 minutes. Refrigerate 2 hours. For bars cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Drizzle each one with maple syrup. Cover and refrigerate any remaining bars up to 3 days.
