This salad is a great way to use up leftover mandarin oranges. It's also a great make-ahead salad, so it's perfect for busy weeknights.

I'm not a big fan of mandarin oranges, but I really enjoyed this salad. The dressing is so good that it made me forget all about the oranges.

This salad was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have preferred a dressing with a more tangy flavor.

This salad was a disappointment. The dressing was too heavy and overpowered the delicate flavor of the mandarin oranges. I also found the almonds to be a bit too crunchy.

Delicious and healthy! This salad is a great way to get your daily dose of fruits and vegetables. The poppy seed dressing is a nice change from the usual vinaigrettes.

I've made this salad several times now and it's always a crowd-pleaser. The dressing is so flavorful and the mandarin oranges add a nice sweetness. I like to add a handful of chopped fresh mint to the salad for an extra pop of flavor.

Easy and delicious! I used a store-bought poppy seed dressing to save time, and it still turned out great. The salad is light and refreshing, and the dressing is the perfect balance of sweet and tangy.
