Make-Ahead Freezer Meatballs image

A wonderful all-purpose meatball to use in a variety of recipes! Easy to make, and with ingredients usually on hand. The yield is based on 1-1/2" meatballs, but you can make them smaller. I get about forty-eight 1" meatballs out of this same recipe.

Overall, I thought these meatballs were just okay. They weren't bad, but they weren't great either.

I found the meatballs to be a bit bland. I had to add a lot of seasoning to them.

These meatballs are so versatile. I've used them in spaghetti and meatballs, meatball subs, and even meatball soup. They're always a crowd-pleaser.

I love that these meatballs are made with ground turkey. They're a healthier option than traditional meatballs, but they're still just as delicious.
