This is another quick and easy recipe handed down to me by my mother. I usually have the ingredients in my cupboard and can easily throw this together for a quick family meal by adding just a salad. If you want to add a little zip, use pepper jack cheese in place of the cheddar.

Steps:
- Cook macaroni as directed on package, until tender
- Drain and set aside.
- Brown ground beef and drain fat.
- add cooked macaroni, onion soup mix and tomato soup.
- Simmer until cooked through adding cheese to melt just before serving
- Or place in casserole, top with cheese and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes.
