Low Fat Lemon Poppy Seed Cake image

I found this recipe in the "Women Who Can Dish It Out" Cookbook. This is a very moist cake. No one will ever know it's low fat unless you tell them.

This cake was okay, but nothing special. It was a little too dry for my taste and the lemon flavor was a bit too tart.

I followed the recipe exactly and my cake turned out dense and gummy. I'm not sure what went wrong.

This cake was a disappointment. It was dry and the lemon flavor was overpowering. I won't be making it again.
