Steps:
- 1. Mix tuna with chopped celery onions and mayonnaise Salt and pepper to taste.
- 2. In a pan sauté mushroom caps for about two minutes per side. Then fill with tuna top with cheese put into a 300 degree oven till out and bubble.
- 3. Serve with a small green salad.
