Low carb tuna melt image

This is a super good low carb substitute for a great sandwich or a light lunch or dinner

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 can(s) tuna in water
1 small onion
1 stalk(s) celery
1/2 c mayonnaise
2 fresh portabello mushrooms stems removed
2 slices cheese i like cheddar

Steps:

  • 1. Mix tuna with chopped celery onions and mayonnaise Salt and pepper to taste.
  • 2. In a pan sauté mushroom caps for about two minutes per side. Then fill with tuna top with cheese put into a 300 degree oven till out and bubble.
  • 3. Serve with a small green salad.
