2 can(s) trappy jalepeno black eyed peas
1 pkg 8 oz. colby mild sharp cheese
1 large onion chopped
1 large green bell pepper, chopped
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup
1 can(s) cream of chicken soup
2 lb ground beef
1 can(s) enchilleda sauce ,mild
1 medium bag of resturant style tortilla chips

Steps:

  • 1. SAUTE ONIONS AND BELL PEPPER IN GROUND BEEF AND DRAIN
  • 2. NOW MIX EVERY THING TOGETHER EXCEPT CHEESE AND CHIPS
  • 3. NOW LAYER IN A CASSEROLE DISH ,LAYER CHIPS THEN MEAT MIXTURE,THEN CHIPS ,THEN MEAT MIXTURE.
  • 4. PUT CHEESE ON TOP AND BAKE 375* FOR 15 OR 20 MIN. OR UNTIL CHEESE MELTS.
