Lisa's Fried Potatoes and Onions image

When I was a kid and I watched my mom how to cooked fried potatoes and it tasted great and I love it. I have making homemade fried potatoes and onions since I was 18 years old. My family loves it.

6 to 8 white potatoes, washed and sliced
1 medium onion, sliced
1/3 c vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • 1. Wash the potatoes and slice the potatoes and onions. Put the potatoes and onions in a hot large sillet. Cook the potatoes and onions for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Put the potatoes and onions on a paper towel lined down on a platter. Sprinkle salt and pepper on potatoes and onions.
