Steps:
- In a small bowl, combine the flour, 1/4 cup coconut, confectioners' sugar and pecans. Stir in the butter. , Press into a greased 8-in. square baking dish. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, whisk the eggs. Stir in the sugar, lime juice, lime zest, baking powder and remaining coconut. Pour over crust., Bake for 15-20 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Dust with confectioner's sugar. Cut into squares; cut in half to make triangles.
