LILLET SIN
I enjoyed this drink in my Favorite French Restaurant Sophie's in Somerset NJ. I wanted more so I recreated in here. It's a French version of the Cuban Mojito. I so love Mojitos as many know from my mojito recipes http://www.recipezaar.com/recipes.php?q[]=mojito&chef=58104&ls=h&Search=Search&s_type=%2Frecipes.php But shhh!!!!! Steps:
- Muddle the mint, lime, ginger, and sugar in a shaker.
- Add the Lillet and ice, give a very good shaker till your hands can`t hold the shakers from being so cold.
- Pour into a ice filled glass and top up with club soda.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint.
