LIGHT WALDORF SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 Fuji apples, diced (1/4 inch)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 ribs celery, diced (1/4 inch)
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1/3 cup craisins
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together. Chill for an hour.
