This is a great recipe for a cold winter day. The lentils and sausage are very filling and the vegetables add a nice crunch. I served it with a side of crusty bread and it was a perfect meal.

This casserole is a great make-ahead meal. I made it on a Sunday and then reheated it for dinner during the week. It was just as good the second time around.

This dish is a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. My kids loved the lentils and sausage, and they didn't even notice the vegetables.

I'm not a big fan of lentils, but I really enjoyed this casserole. The sausage and vegetables helped to balance out the flavor of the lentils.

This casserole was a bit bland for my taste. I think I would have liked it better with a more flavorful sausage. The lentils were also a bit overcooked.
