Lemon Vinaigrette image

2 tsp lemon zest
2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp honey
1 small garlic clove, pressed
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 c olive oil

Steps:

  • 1. Whisk together first 8 ingredients; add oil in a slow steady stream, whisking constantly until smooth.
