1 large lemon, zest of
4 garlic cloves
1 cup butter, room temp
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 large lemon, juice of
1 bunch scallion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
2 tablespoons paprika
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground

Steps:

  • Blend lemon zest and garlic in food processor until finely chopped.
  • Add butter, mustard, lemon juice, scallions, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper, and process.
  • Can be made 2 days ahead; bring to room temp before using.
