This recipe is a treasure from my precious mother in law. I never got to meet her but I do have her recipes to know her by! This refreshing dessert is loved by all that try it! It has just the right sweetness and is light but satisfies the sweet tooth. Hope yall enjoy it as much as my friends and family do!

Steps:
- 1. Mix together the flour, butter and nuts. Pat into an ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not brown. Let cool.
- 2. Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in 11/2 c. cool whip and spread over cooled crust. Beat pudding mix and milk together till thick. Spread over cheese mixture. Spread remaining cool whip over all and sprinkle with nuts if desired. Chill at least 2 hours.
