This lemon-lime curd is the perfect addition to any dessert table. It's tart, tangy, and sweet, with a smooth and creamy texture. I love to use it as a filling for tarts and pies, or as a topping for ice cream and yogurt.

This recipe was a disaster! The curd curdled and I had to throw it all away. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

Not a fan. The curd was too tart for my taste, and I didn't like the texture. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.
