Lemon Gelatin N Fruit Salad image

This is easy to make and even thought it is called a salad, it makes a nice light dessert. My mom, who lives a in retirement center and no longer cooks, brought this receipe with her the last time she came for a visit. She wanted me to try it. I did and we all love it.

The fruit in the salad was a bit bland. I would use a more flavorful variety of fruit next time.

The salad was a bit runny. I think I didn't let the gelatin set long enough.

This salad is a bit too sweet for my taste. I would reduce the amount of sugar in the gelatin mixture next time.

I'm not a big fan of lemon gelatin, but I loved this salad. The lemon flavor was subtle, and it didn't overpower the other flavors.

This salad is a great way to use up leftover fruit. I always have a few pieces of fruit that are about to go bad, and this salad is a great way to use them up.
